Is This a Snowball Effect of the Supreme Court?
It does seem to be a novel ayof trying to attack ara constitutionally established right in a way that's really hard to challenge. It also creates incentives, i think, for states to pass basically vigilant boundy laws for any kind of subject. So if we let this go on, it's potentially a snowball effect of encouraging this sort of structure to pop up elsewhere throughout the united states. Seems like it's perfectly the purview of the supreme court to recognize these as being unconstitutional or constitutionalor whatever their real decision should be.
