Three years ago, and you couldn't really have a makea fund ally speaking. Just ther just wasn't enough enough demand out there to drive at. And yet, at this point, you're the best funds can raise a lot of money. You know, having partners that are long term maligned and aren't going to get spooked in bar markets goes a long way.
