And so we've kind of got a system in place we kind of know what our numbers are he says. We've maxed out we've improved the stages of conversion as good as we can. We've got you know our bets that for the next year or two could hit our pipeline goals,. Now we've got like that's the hard work of like years to then be able to like do these long term bets.
