How Do You Work With Your Executive Peers?

Leadership i is k right in having them demonstrate and be a roll model for the rest of the organization, says cindof. On a quarterly basis, i have an opportunity to share with myi sweet peers the progress that we collectively e are making on the di journey. I can't do it by myself. So i also use that opportunity though, to reinforce how they, as leaders, can help with our strategy of initiative.
