Sally Kohn: I want to start with your theory of how the mind works. And then we can maybe do the meditation path after that. How does the mind make it make itself? She says, if you try to imagine yourself as being a brain, you're basically in kind of this strange dark space where all that comes into you is this electrical, this sort of cloud of electricity. But that's the reality of the brain and so the brain needs to somehow from this cloud of electricity create our rich experience right now. The most important example is that if you see something out the corner of your eye, just suddenly in the corner of my attention, I'll see something else there
