Sleep in a 90 Minute Cycle
When I first started stepping out, was working with Manchester United. And they would look at sleep in a 90 minute cycle. So what I thought was, okay, this is about rolling cycles. Five 90 minute cycles is 7.5 hours. There's your eight, five 15 in 15 out. It gives you a series of little subconscious timings and periods where you can just apply some really practical achievable things during that whole period to give you a brain the best opportunity to give you the best sleep it possibly can.
