I was targeting like a 10 10 or a 10 10 starting gravity, I think. And so this seemed the cleanest approach. Could we come back and revisit it in the future? Absolutely. We've done experiments just on mash length alone. Anyways, is that going to contribute something on its own that ultimately ends up becoming an extraneous variable? So this, it was just one way to keep things exactly same.
