Plant protein definitely can be beneficial for recurteal metabolic health when replacing animal protein of various sources. Plant sterols are naturally found in all plant foods they're actually found in the the cell walls of plants and they're a natural part of of all plant foods. If you give two grams per day or 1.5 to 3 depends on two grams probably is reasonable we can see reductions of up to 10% in LDL cholesterolYeah, that's where Dr. Jenkins mentioned two grams there's been a number of studies looking at plant sterols supplements and LDL cholesterol.
