The Metabolites of Tetra Benazine and Dutetrebenizine
There are four active metabolites of tetra benazine, as you mentioned. Two of them seem to have more affinity for the vimamat transporter. And so by selecting the plus alpha, i believe is what albenisin in the coverently bound oalin and mino acid. So that seems to be the trick.
