The Pain Points of Rent Increases

We're cognizant of kind of rent and rank growth. But we also want to make sure that we're cognizants of costs and having a sustainable business model. And so, you know, we really need to kind of address that. If we're not addressing the root causes underlying that the housing shortage and the affordability crisis, it'll, it'll fuel just more rent.
