The gentleman that has the bad tennis elbow in episode 132 might want to cut corn from his diet. I no longer live or live on a strict corn free diet, but I'm very conscious of my corn consumption. If I were to have three to four servings of corn products in a week, my tennis elbow will start to come back. And I know a fair number of people that have reported similar not great health effects with corn which is a bummer because corn chips are delicious.
