I'm thinking around team members that are, you know, maybe a couple layers back from in somebody. And then so it feels a little weird for me to probably think like, I need to go around and find some positive feedback for everybody. That's part of my job. But what I've seen other engineering managers and people feel like, well, I don't really, not that low level with them. So am I supposed to give them specific feedback on how they're approaching PRs or their, how they're helping another coworker? Or is it just that the teams are giving each other kudos?
