The Importance of Analytics in UX Design

I think something I've reflected on is how little as as UX designers, how little thought we put into how we could measure the use of our designs when we're designing them. So this is kind of the thinking here that you'd bring in an analytics thinking early on into the production of a product or a website and so on. But it gets really hard to do this when you scale up to the enterprise size. It's drawing those connections and creating an atmosphere in an organization and a mutual regard among its people.
