Breathing is one of those ways that really help us focus when we're so scattered. And it actually makes our pupils move in such a way that we can focus on one thing. When you get out of your sympathetic nervous system back into your parasympathetic nervous system, or what some people call your social engagement kind of ability, then you're able to see clearer and read faces better. So with a little bit of time we have left, how can we do this practically?
