How to Trade a Stock on a Daily Basis
If the stock speeds up above VWAP and puts in a topping candle, high volume bar, makes a lower high and breaks below VWAP, it's a change in character. So that would be on an intraday basis or if I was swing trading it to identify trends and a change of character. If there's a huge change and the sellers reading their tape take control and the stock's now making lower highs or it's unable to reclaim VWAP, then that would be a change in characters. And so essentially my day starts with me going through my pre-flight checklist.
