The Importance of Moral Oomph in the War on Drugs

David Frum: The war on drugs is indeed creating more evils than it is alleviating and it's doing more harm than good. He says we can't predict a world in which we go from where we are right now to then everything is legalized. Frum: We still have the moral argument in the form of the non-aggression principle. But sometimes when they're talking about something like this, with such momentous potential consequences, they need to be supplemented with a bit of moral oomph.
