I think you've just got to loosen up a bit here and realise that the younger generation doesn't make those distinctions of genre with the fierceness that we do from my exalted age. And I would tend to agree with that some of these programs jump too randomly between genres. But I don't think we're saying that some of those non classical, non pure classical things that you mention lack integrity, they need to be put in the right context. My favorite favorite original radio times cartoon in the early days of the third program showed this professorial character talking on the phone, and next to him there's this young boy bound and gagged on a chair.
