The Importance of a Good Air Filter

One of the biggest things I see is HVAC systems become a massive problem. If a ton of mold is getting to the coil over time it's going to become basically a mold factory. Same thing with bacteria and I mentioned earlier how we ourselves produce bacteria as we exhale into the living environment so bacteria could start to grow in there too. So that the key is that you need a good filter and you need to stay on top of that filter.
