Is There a Way to Set a Timer?

Adam: What if you could set a voice shortcut for stuff that you use all the time? You know, for example, something I would love to have as a timer. It might just as if in the last few weeks become viable to do this outside of the big behemoths like Microsoft and Google and Apple because of these open source voice recognition algorithms.
