Is There a Mother in Heaven?
i think there has been a cultural and religious taboo in talking about a mother in heaven. Our theology deftly makes room for a mother in Heaven, but i still struggle with this idea when we refer to her. I also think that, going back to some of the earlier things i was saying around our desire to control each other, is that men are often much more ambient about the feminine thriving than they recognize.
