Is There a Craving Tool in Eating?

Study shows that this mindful eating ap called eat could actually reduce craving related eating by forty per cent. We imbedded this craving tool into an eating programme and did the same type of study where we could have people pay attention as they over ate or as they ate junk food, and then have them check in with themselves. Within ten to 12 times, that reward value not only drops to zero, it drops below zero. And that drop in reward value actually predicts eating behavior. That's amazing.
