NASA has been trying to find a less killy propellant for its new moon mission. They are operating under the assumption that the fuel lines are clogged. Three of the four thrusters on the spacecraft are underperforming, hinting at some kind of systemic issue. There's no exact answer for why this could be, but there's a lot of first time flying stuff on here.
