The Importance of Listening to Music While Running

I have noticed in my unconscious I've been doing some of these things and you're just explaining some of the reasoning behind it. For example, when I drive to the local mountains sometimes you talked about listening to some music before you start your exercisebefore you even do your warm up. And while exercising, I don't listen to music, like I often listen to my own breathing and my own cadence and I try to find a pattern in that. So many of the things that you talk about and the reasoning behind them, it is fascinating to me because I have noticed they are all part of who I am.
