Is There a Culture in Mammals?

We usually define culture as a group or population specific behaviour which is transmitted between generations, i guess so. Yet what you often find is exactly as you say. You get some experienced, often older, individuals who have learned from previous generations and theyare the conduits through which the information gets passed to the next generation. And it's such an obvious example of culture. But i can imagine that there are examples all over the place that we simply aren't really attuned to. That's the wonderful thing about research ing animals. The more you look, the more youe fiund out, and and you start to see these incredible things perhaps no one else has ever seen before.
