The odds that someone goes to starvuk, specifically am onow, if you look at everyone on four square, including all the folks who've never been to star buck, probably weigh less than one %. Tstuand even if you had infinite of those, you run other issue where am the model will spend energy based on the loss. The reason is because it's a lot more valuable to predict when someone's going to star bucks and get it right, than it is to predict that this person is not going to star Bucks by sending them a coupon.
