Sergey Vitta's Last Act in Government

Sergey vitta worked tirelessly to buy the czar some financial independence from the duma. The only stipulation was that in the dissolution decree he had to fix a date for another election. Vitta measured the health of the empire in miles of railroad track, units of factory production and metric tons of coal. On april 20, second vitta officially resigned his prime minister after less than six months in office. Though he harbored some hope of coming back and being russia's saviour once again, it never happened. He was done.
