Health Care Systems Fall Apart? Yeah. Yeah.

I can't keep going back to China because it's like the other health care system as a disaster. The only thing that's holding hospitals accountable are unions in this country. If there was no unions, I don't even know where health care would be right now. Yeah. That kind of stuff makes health care systems fall apart.
