Our Language Is Our Culture

XP has five design principles, which everything in terms of our key performance indicators and governance ties back to them. We've got teachers as learners, you know, we're all learning all the time. And that they each have a common mission, but that mission might look slightly different for every child. Our school isn't society in microcosm. It's not a model of society. It's an integral part of society.
