What Is the Process of Smelting Copper?

Copper can exist either, as one calls it, the native metal. Most commonly these blue and green compounds, they're combined copper. What you do is to remove things it's combined with and add electrons to it. And then you use charcoal, charcoal to strip away the oxygen in the form of carbondiox that goes into the atmosphere. You're left with molten copper, which pours out of your hearth. It really is a magical process.
