How Do You Pray for Your Children?
i grew up in a home where people prayed, but i will tell you that when our children were young and i was praying for them, my prayers were kind of dull. I just felt like i wanted something that felt fresher and more empowered. When i began looking at the bible as sort of a launching pad for my prayers,when i would see verses in there and think, that's what i want for my kids. Let me wrap my prayers in that language, you know.
