How to Make Partnerships and Teams Work

At Fixer, one of our core values is respect because we're trying to create a gender inclusive employment place in the trades. We realize respect was the most important value. If people respect each other, it works. If they don't, it doesn't work. I don't understand why people like to make micromanage. You need to hire people and then trust them,. Let them run, let them sprint, let them stub their toes and make changes. And then also let them come up with great ideas you would never come up with.
