How to Help Your Child Sleep Better

Be aware of how bright that bathroom is for all the things we have to do and brushing teeth and bath time. Not too many distractions say in the bedroom in terms of toys in their line of sight. A lot of reassurance is key, of course. But I also think that kids are more comforted and falling asleep better sleeping better through the night when when bedtime is calm for both parties or all parties who ever know.
