Creating a Deal - The Create Side of the Spectrum
If time is an extremely short supply for you, if you have more money than time, then finding a publicly listed deal is a fitting option. On the far right side of the spectrum, where you're buying inventory that does not yet exist, you are creating a new deal out of thin air. Because you've created that value, you are able to access value that is not available to other people, because you made it. Of every x amount of leads that come in, y percentage of those are worth further investigation. And of that quantity z are worth trying to close the deal.
