Sisco - What's the Common Language?
i'm sure that even though a pour is a prodet culture, there's so many dfferent business units that they might be speaking like the different languages. The common language in my mind, is showing off to people to build. And we just go through, we tell people explicitly in the meeting, leave your titles out inthe outside of the room. I don't really care what anyone's title is. You shouldn't care what my title is. We're building amazing products, and that's the most important thing we can do, it's build great products that people love.
