I think I'm a builder so I might I love like structuring out kind of framing something out and that's exactly really what we did when I started a little bit over a year ago there had been a PMM there for about six weeks. As we came in it was just two of us we kind of tag team on everything together. But it was really the classic like building the plane and flying it at the same time rightSo we were building out what the function looked like I was building out the problem a big process person but I don't lose sight of creativity so I balance that right right right right activity but really building out the processes.
