The Hybrid Creative Model
When I joined Instacart, marketing lived in multiple different orgs across the company. So step one was really to do an assessment and say what capabilities do we need to build out or what capabilities might exist in other parts of the company that we need to bring in. And then we did make a specific and conscious investment in our creative studio to really give ourselves the ability to create epic work.
