Having a Convenient Workspace

i find myself sort of lost if i don't have that is place where a thing can go, even if it's just like the one notebook that i carry around everywhere. Find consistency, though, itis a pretty key element to setting ut my workspace. Because my work space isn't consistent, then i'm all over the place. So i have a very limited set of equipment that i require. so i need a desk or a table, a and a chair or a stool. However, i have discovered over the years that my body no longer forgives me as it once did. But i prefer physical keyboards to pretty much ever else.
