The Importance of Micro Fulfillment Centers
The key there, which you mentioned a couple of times here in our conversation is the inventory itself. You know, it's from the inventory control side to having that accuracy on what you have on hand, but then also the positioning as well. So they need to understand planning of upstream supply chain, but there are a lot of really great tools out there that enable that. I believe in a healthy mix, but micro fulfillment centers are not meant for storage and should be always creating turns closer to the customer.
