Family Conferences Are a Great Way to Build Rapport in a Family Conference
Despite the limited experience my ethics and values and grounding in social work practice was telling me I had to know where the family and the patient were situated right. If you if you have that then it's much easier just to walk into a family conference but without that I always felt looking back on that day now that's the crux for me. There's so much prep that goes in so much getting people in the room don't even get me started, thank God we've got telehealth now. The actual the connection and the rapport building as you described they can take place prior to it yeah.
