The Importance of Recognizing Limitations
I think it's important to recognize that we can't just divide organizations into good and bad, dependent on what they can do. So there's a, you know, some organizations that we face into the next year will doubt us have to make structural changes to their workforces which see people losing their jobs. I don't want anyone from the professional listening to this is to think that if they can't solve for all of these problems fully, that's somehow a failing. Most organizations are facing into a series of trade-offs... making sure that you are thinking about what you can do, where you can make a difference is really important.
