There are a lot of barriers to entry in the interior design industry. The focus for United InDesign next year is to get more access into schools and young people. There's tradition in some families, particularly black families, where there's still that pressure from parents to go into more vocational work. It can just be that one conversation or one lecture or talk that you go to that opens your eyes to a whole new avenue... I think it's really important.
