We tend to under finished animals in the grass fed world, i think. Part of it is processing time. You don't have to back out too many times on a butcher. We cut up 90 plus % of what goes through our facility here because of the boneless, skinless breast and stuff like that. And we've never had complaints about it. Don't use to have issues chicken.
