Rapid Antigen Testing for COVID

Australian public health people are not convinced it's particularly useful answer costs a lot of money and gives a false confidence in many cases. The American approach is sort of based around rapid antigen testing which you know now we're getting a bit more experience in the utility in the context of COVID. If you could have that result in front of you with a patient it potentially would be helpful but how that actually impacts on antibiotic prescribing and potentially antibiotic over prescribing remains to be seen.
