I like to think about progress much more holistically than just weight on the scale. I repeat work outs all the time, and i have my clients repeat work out all the time because it's a great way that you can measure your progress. A lot of times, when you are able to do a work out and you feel better the next time, that just gives you a confidence boost. And being able to feed ourselves that kind of reward system in our minds with progress is one of those things that reallyes our psychology,. helps to anchor in the behavior.
