The Effect of Psychological Slavery on Performance
There's plenty of science that says people perform to the level of expectations. If you tell one group that a systemic racism will hold them back, you should expect them to get lower grades. All things being equal, I don't think all things are equal. Things are never equal. It equals like you're rational. Right? So we should expect groups to perform differently and with some distance from things like the Native American genocide and the horror of slavery. That doesn't say there are no ongoing issues. But if you treat them like they can do anything, maybe they can.
