Yvonne Schuemard: If more good people have more money, they will make good decisions. She says that's why there are so many initiatives around the world about micro loans and entrepreneurship for women. "I'm just so clear that we have what we have right now, this kind of oligarchal like system," she says.

This month we’re sitting down with guests to talk about money, how we relate to, and avoid relating to it.

Trudi Lebrón is the CEO of ScriptFlip! LLC and creator of the Institute for Equity Centered Coaching.

Today, Trudi runs a million-dollar coaching and consulting firm, helping entrepreneurs and coaches build antiracist businesses and become equity-centered coaches and leaders through ScriptFlip! certification programs, consulting packages, and executive coaching. Trudi holds a BA in Theatre, a Master of Science in Psychology, and is currently ABD in a PhD program in Social Psychology.
