The Tom Cat Never Left the Father's Side
The father sat stunned as the tom cat limped over. It said it had heard the rat one day skulking around the outside of the daughter's room. From that day forward, the cat never left the daughter's side. The body of the rat was tossed in the river. Boochey and the tom cat were buried with honors.
