How Do Employers Deal With Boomerang Employees?

There has been some research recently around boomerang employees. Am risk of people jumping on a plane, particularly the younger ones who are more flexible with their family situations. So i think part of it is understanding the work place, no turn over, as natural we are. And we are seeing an unnatural levels at the moment. Once there the borders open up properly fully, and emigration seems to function in a more immediate kind of way, then i think by 20 23, we would hopefully see things start to change.
