Is There a Risk of Escalation?
I think the one who fears escalation the most is Putin. A nuclear weapon is not usable in that scenario to give him any kind of military advantage. The bread basket of Russia is right there, they remember Chernobyl and you know, I think the whole world turns against Putin. It becomes North Korea on the Volka,. And guess what? We get to escalate after that too, or the Ukrainians would as well.
