The Importance of Alignment of Interest

For us, everything starts at the asset level. Each asset has its own business plan. We are solely focused on executing that business plan for that asset. Now, does that fit into a larger portfolio and how we manage the portfolio? Sure. But the business plan is at that asset. It's not about how much money you can raise, whether you're raising 200 million or a billion. To us, it's about how much you can invest doing the same thing that you've been doing. And I think that's really important.
